I have long experience of building business and companies, developing sales, business development, change, making things happen and people develop. I am a good match where the focus is on things to happen. I am good at identifying and seeing the whole picture, where it itches and then make sure that time and energy are spent on the (for the moment) right things. I have experience from the private sector (pharmaceuticals, food among others), municipality and authority (Försäkringskassan, education administration in Sthlm) and the social sector (trade unions, industry organizations, folk education associations). I am driven by solving the real problem or challenge of the organization or customer, which I see as a strength. Also, combining my creative and analytical sides makes me able to contribute to finding sustainable and innovative solutions, ways of working and business models - for customers or internally. I enjoy working with people who have different experiences and work with a trust-based, coaching and communicative leadership and I know that I am an appreciated manager and colleague. That I am that depends, among other things, on the fact that it is important for me to see my employees’ abilities and that I easily see where they can blossom.
