Hello, nice to see you here! :) I'm Kajsa, a positive and curious self-leadership & personal growth nerd and a firm believer in enjoying life. After a coaching session a few years ago, where I was advised to "fill my own cup with glitter," my life and career took new direction! I've worked in tech for 10 years, focusing on understanding and solving problems for web users through Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), user research, A/B testing and agile optimization processes. During these years I have also learned a lot about what challenges you can face in an organisational context when it comes to stress, well-being and mental health. In the last four years, my passion for helping people has taken an additional turn. I have so far coached and trained more than 300 people in self-leadership, individually as well as in groups. I support people to let go of negative thoughts, discover their strengths, and spend more time and energy on what they enjoy and excel at! I also run the individual coaching program "The Glitter Way" for women in tech, helping them overcome insecurity and self-criticism, and shine freely in their own power and strengths, with joy and kindness! My approach to drive transformation is a combination of challenging and loving.
