About
I'm an open minded project manager that has a deep understanding about a lot of things after 25+ years working in different fields and sectors. Working with future technologies I have always been keen on bringing people on board. So even if a new system or function looks good on the table it’s the people that need to be transformed. So even if I’m the manager I like to be a player on the pitch to make all much more talented players produce at their best. I found out that this is one of my unique abilities, gathering overall needs and requirements, talking to developers and being the lubrication that makes everything work. When I wake up every morning I have a lot of ideas of new things to accomplish. And that is what motivates me the most, to make things happen. My career has been like a roller-coaster, going deep into SW/HW development on the bottom and locking into the future as a business developer on the top. The differences in focus and the project form of delivery is something that suits me fine where I can go för 110 now and then and take it easy and relax in between, to be able to cope in the long run. Even working with governance I find it challenging to optimize and automate.
