I help people and organizations communicate better and prepare for a world where that skill matters more than ever. My background spans an MBA in marketing and international business experience. I have run my own international consultancy (Pitch PhD) for over 12 years, and as a pitch coach at Ideon Innovation in Lund, where I reviewed thousands of pitches and helped founders and teams find the clearest, most compelling way to tell their story to gain investment and sales. More recently, that work has expanded into Future of Work strategy. With this, I help individuals and organizations understand how AI and automation are reshaping roles, where the real skill gaps are, and what to do about them at both the individual and organizational levels. I also authored "Your Next Job Probably Doesn't Exist... Yet", which captures much of that thinking. I grew up in the US, have lived in Scandinavia for 22 years, and work fluently across cultures and organizational levels. That perspective tends to sharpen my coaching in ways that are hard to replicate. I haven't given a price because I work with my clients to set a price based on the scope and duration of the assignment and find a solution that works for everyone.
