2024 — Present

Up to one million people in Sweden today are in what is called digital exclusion. In this project, I am working with Digg to develop a proposal for the new Swedish state e-identification to reduce digital exclusion. This project is due to my thesis work and I have planned the process based on a classic scrum structure with a backlog, sprints, and weeklies. Deadlines and planning are managed by a GANTT chart I set up, which maintains the project's structure and timeline. I handle dialogue with stakeholders, and as a UX designer, I have developed flowcharts for the technical solution, wireframes for the structure, UI design for the interface, testable prototypes and testing environments, and ensure quality through user testing and focus groups. Significant emphasis has been placed on preliminary studies, classic UX research, mapping of user groups, needs analysis, and interviews. In this project, my team and I developed and implemented a design system for e-commerce, as well as the design of an entirely new e-commerce platform that will be split into 14 different e-commerce sites across various countries, each regulated by different rules and laws. This required a needs analysis and organizational development of the company. What makes the solution stand out is that we built the design system based on a variable library, which makes the entire setup flexible, scalable, and efficient. In this role, I applied the classic double diamond model, conducted workshops, and placed a strong emphasis on UX research, needs analysis (both within the company and with end-users), developed structure, created wireframes, designed UI for interfaces, and developed testable prototypes, conducting user testing. During my time as a UX strategist at my first consultancy position in 2021-2022, I had the privilege of leading the development of a hotel booking system together with a talented developer. My role here involved a mix of strategic roles as a UXer, architect, product owner, test leader, and designer. Our focus was not only on creating an efficient solution but also on establishing a robust architecture that enabled scalability and long-term sustainability. In addition, I did web design for 10+ companies during my time at Dalarna Digital. Here, I have developed concepts, graphic profiles, and visual identity, as well as extensively worked on web design for external websites with a focus on UX.
