I am a true people person with strong EQ and drive. I've got 10+ years within both strategic and operational HR within different companies. Worked both with management and people in operations, love the range and be able to "talk the right language" to gain trust. I listen a lot, and I am often able to see what is going on and identify and talk about the friction that holds a company or team back, through that create business results in tight collaboration with managers. I get things done and will use the power of "seeing the organization from the outside" as a freelancer can do to create results in a short period of time.
