Hi! My name is Jakob. For the past 14 years I have specialized in sales and since 2017 focusing on e-commerce. As a Sales Manager for MediaMarkt.se my main responsibility was sales growth. We increased sales with 783% between 2017 and 2021. At the same time we increased our Prisjakt average score from 5,5 to 8,5 with both happy customers and employees! Later as a Head of E-commerce I focused most of my time awake into optimizing the team, forming a highly efficient work processes, a team that were complete experts, thrived and was happy. We implemented new delivery- and payment methods and increased our B2B presence in order to beat the declining trend in the market. I'm really proud to say that my teams gave my leadership a score of 9,4/10 in the employee survey in 2023. Recently I have spent 1000 hours into learning and master the most popular AI tools and how to use them to improve efficiency, happiness and the overall outcome at work. Alva Labs Logic Test Score: 10/10 (98th percentile or higher.) I love creating change that sticks, especially if no one else succeeded before me or if it’s known to be “impossible”. I tend to go my own way, which usually results in finding things no one else did. “It’s easy to walk on a paved road, but the off road route is where you find the treasures.” I truly believe that putting time and effort into learning everything AI is valuable, because I can’t see a future where AI is not a main part of developing the future of e-commerce.
