Technically responsible for all of Bonnier Tidskrifter's around 40 magazineweb sites. I was head of a group of 12 employees, developers and projectmanagers and about 10-15 consultants. During my time at Bonnier TidskrifterI established a new way of working using Agile methods and was part ofestablishing a product owner organization, Bonnier Tidskrifter Digital Media. During my time at Bonnier Tidskrifter I was also a part of the groups Strategic technical web council were we looked at the needs of the group as a total.

I worked as producer, Scrum master and product owner for online gaming products. My two main projects during my time at Jadestone was as mainproject manager in a project which implemented and launched a Swedishonline bingo solution (bingolotto.se) and the second one was to setup a leadthe maintenance project (my first agile experience) for Jadestones skill gamesplatform and white label roll-out. During my time at Jadestone I was also team lead for the companies front-enddevelopers. This meant performance reviews, salary negotiations, recruitmentetc.

Sales Manager Worked as Sales Manager with the task of supporting Ericsson’s marked unitswith sales of services around Mobile Internet. The work mainly consisted ofpackaging of services and assisting Ericsson’s marked units in bid-teams. Mymain responsibility was to support England and Ireland.
